All orders are dispatched from our warehouse facility in the UK.

In addition to the delivery costs, all orders are subject to a standard picking and packing charge.

Orders are processed Monday to Fridays, from 8am to 1pm (GMT), with the exclusion of UK bank holidays. Any orders placed before 1pm (GMT), weekdays, are dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after this time will be fulfilled on the following working day.

Orders can be amended up until the point of dispatch. Please get in touch with us immediately and within one hour after having placed your order and we will try our best to retrieve the order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been dispatched. Items can be returned for a refund, excluding the delivery, picking and packing costs.

Standard (3-5 working days) - starts from £30
Express (1-2 working days) - to be confirmed

US

Standard (3-5 working days) - starts from £30
Express (1-2 working days) - to be confirmed

Rest of World

Standard (5-8 working days) - to be confirmed
Express (1-3 working days) - to be confirmed

Orders showing a "to be confirmed" (TBC) delivery cost, will first need to be picked and packed by our warehouse before we can quote the delivery costs for your confirmation.

If you have specific delivery instructions or require a particularly urgent delivery, please get in touch with us before, or as soon as you have placed your order. We can then confirm all available options and any additional costs for you.

International Deliveries

For any orders going outside of the EU, the above quoted delivery times require additional time for customs clearance. Whilst we do our upmost to expedite clearance, this process is entirely out of our control. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays due to time spend in customs clearance.

Although we dispatch all orders DDP, there may be additional duties or taxes due upon delivery which are to be borne by the recipient.
